This weekend, take just a few minutes out of your Saturday and stop by the Food Pantry Telethon and make a donation of food or money to this valuable local charity that serves so many in need, and especially during the winter, and even more so after the holidays.

The Food Pantry Telethon is being sponsored by the Belmont Citizen-Herald and the Belmont Media Center (BMC) and can be seen live on all BMC Channels - on Comcast 8, 9, & 96 & Verizon 28, 29, & 30 from 12pm to 6pm

Stop by the BMC studios at 9 Lexington Street in Waverley Square - there will be easy access for short term parking in front.

** Drop off your donation "Live on the Air", bring the kids to visit with Santa Claus or bring the whole family and tape a Holiday Greeting.

** Enjoy donuts, bagels, hot cocoa and coffee and watch the Telethon entertainers live in the Green Room.

If you are housebound, please consider calling in to BMC at 617-484-2443 during the Telethon: 12pm & 6pm and pledge your support for the Food Pantry with a donation of any size.
