Summer Session at Belmont Day School offers daily swim instruction, special events each session, a field trip program, and one- and two-week programs in academic enrichment, visual arts, filmmaking, yoga, engineering and sports. Learn more about summer programs at the school, 55 Day School Ln (off Concord Avenue), beginning at 5:30 p.m.
2. Duplicate Bridge Club meets from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Beech Street Center at 266 Beech St. Every Wednesday the club holds American Contact Bridge League-sanctioned games. All are welcome to play. Cost is $5. Phone: 339-223-6484 for more information.
3. It's Storytime for 1's for walkers and toddlers under 24 months. Share simple stories, songs, finger plays, nursery rhymes, and puppets from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Belmont Public Library downstairs.
5. The annual Kindergarten Registration for children entering school in September will be held at the Winn Brook School from 8:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.
