All-Night Senior Send-Off Seeks Donations

Part of a now 30 year tradition at Belmont High School.

The Belmont High School All Night Graduation Party 2012 will begin at midnight, Sunday June 3.

A more than 30 year tradition and rite of passage, the party has become a model for other towns to emulate in offering a safe haven for graduates.

A fun challenge each year preparing for Belmont’s Senior All Night Party is protecting, at all costs, the CIA-like secret theme: for months students ask but no one tells. The graduates’ first glimpse of the evening’s theme is upon entering the High School and all are awestruck at the transformation.  Past themes include Harry Potter, Woodstock, Boston and Wild Wild West.  Staying up all night with their friends on their last evening together as a class, on the night of their graduation ceremony, never seems to be a challenge and is always fun.

The party is hosted by the parents of the Junior Class and is funded by contributions from parents, the business community and ticket sales.

The All Night Party Committee, consisting of volunteer Junior student parents, is asking the Belmont Community, individuals and businesses, for your financial support.

Donations will help ensure that every student will enjoy a very special send-off on June 3, and that parents will be able to relax, knowing that their graduates will celebrate in a responsible, safe atmosphere.

No amount is too small and your support is greatly appreciated. To make a contribution, please send your check to:
