UPDATE: Belmont Schools Closed Monday

All schools in the Belmont School District will be closed on Monday, Feb. 11, according to the School Department's website and a robocall to all town residents.
There will be no classes at the town's four elementary schools – Wellington, Butler, Winn Brook and Burbank – the Chenery Middle School and Belmont High School.
Earlier in the afternoon, classes at Belmont High School were cancelled, according to a posting on the blog from Dan Richards, Belmont High School principal.

Have you tried walking around town, all the sidewalks are still blocked solid with snow around the schools and on the major walking routes.
