Belmont Trash Collection on Regular Schedule
Have your barrels and containers ready on the same ol' pick-up days.
Just because there's a four-foot snow drift in front of your house doesn't mean you can't put your trash barrels out to be picked up.
Belmont's Department of Public Works want to remind residents that despite 27 inches of snow from Friday and Saturday's blizzard, curbside trash collection is operating on its regular schedule.
Any questions related to this can be directed to the DPW at 617-993-2680.

where would you advise placement of the barrels?

Where you shoveled for the walkway, driveway, or path for the mailman and others. Or, if you choose, don't put them out this time. Good luck. At least we don't have those huge barrels like Watertown does.
