Double Dip In Housing? No Evidence In Belmont

Prices for single-family homes solid for the last week of the spring sales season.

Welcome to Belmont Patch's Thursday feature:Sold! Each week at this time, we'll show you some of the residences purchased in and around Belmont.

Sale prices in Belmont are solid enough that a 111-year-old house with only one-full and one-half bathroom was sold for more than a million dollars, one of three single family homes that went for or above their asking price.

The value of my 1200 sq ft. condo in a 2 family house is back down to the 2008 lows of 325,000 according to zillow. Isn't that at least "some" evidence of a double dip? Just a year ago, or so, it was back up and officially appraised north of 350,000. Thanks in advance.
