More About Belmont Council on Aging
Advocating for older residents, the Council on Aging (COA) ensures that the social life, financial standing and health of Belmont's senior population are met. COA services include assistance with housing and government issues, healthy living events and delivering meals and organizing visits to seniors.
The COA also runs the Beech Street Center, Belmont's senior center, which has a library, space for fitness, weekly movies, educational seminars, arts, a pool and computer classes. The COA provides transportation to the center.
