• Find out ways to save money, to buy gift cards (some types are better than others), and exchange presents as attorney, former Selectman and Belmont resident Steve Rosales gives a free talk about laws and policies pertaining to holiday gifts, certificates, refunds and exchanges at 12:30 p.m. at the Beech Street Center. Just in time for holiday gift-giving and redeeming and more.

• As part of its new branding effort, Belmont Light – the new moniker for the town's century old electrical utility the Belmont Municipal Light Department – has a brand new web page and it's pretty impressive. Take a look here

• She's a hit with the toddler set: Sing-Along with Julie at 10:30 a.m. in the Children's Room of the Belmont Public Library.

• The Community Path Advisory Committee will discuss possible paths along the commuter rail line and a survey that they will submit to abutters. At 7 p.m. in the Belmont Art Gallery, third floor of the Homer Municipal Building.  

Receive a free hearing test, and if needed your hearing aid batteries can be replaced at a free hearing screening from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Beech Street Center. Mass Audiology offers this service free of charge to our Center participants. Make your appointment by stopping by the front desk or by calling 617-993-2970.
