The Friends of Joey’s Park, a committee of the Winn Brook PTA, has three job openings for a director and two counselors who will assist in running the Joey’s Park Kids Room, a six-day, 44-hour program for children ages 4-13.
The purpose of this program is to provide a safe and convenient place for parents to bring their children while they volunteer to build the Joey’s Park playground, a Belmont playground located next to the Winn Brook Elementary School.
The dates of the program are from Oct. 9 to 14, ending over the Columbus day weekend. The hours of the program will not conflict with school hours.
The Director will be paid $2,500, the 44 hour counselor position will receive $2,000, and the 32 hour counselor position will receive $1,500.
