The Boiler room House Toronto is one of the world's most famous distilleries so if it is beverage that you are looking for it is The Boiler House that you should go to.  They take this passionately; just take a look at their 22-foot high wine rack and bar.  There are overwhelming cocktail requests but master bartenders are ready to serve you as always, from a Dirty Martini to a Side Car they are confident that they can do it all for you.  There are specialty beers on tap as well as a number of vintage wines available by the glass and bottle service is available on the patio.  And don’t forget the extensive wine list of domestic and imported vintages as well as champagnes and sparkling wines from around the world.  And if it is single malts that you want, The Boiler House also offers a sizable collection.

Okanagan Spring 1516

The decree states that only four ingredients can be used when making beer: barley, hops, yeast and water. The result is a lager with a crisp finish and a rich golden colour. 5% alcohol

Okanagan Spring Pale Ale

Clear and copper coloured, it is fruity on the palate and hearty in hops with a nice, round finish. We are honoured that Pale Ale continues to be BC’s, most popular craft brew. 5% alcohol
