Members of The Maggiore Companies and Arlington Town Officials gathered Thursday morning May 2 for the groundbreaking ceremony for Majestic Mill Brook, a mixed-use development consisting of 50 luxury condominiums and one ground-level retail space.
After working hand-in-hand with the town of Arlington to get this project approved for almost two years, The Maggiore Companies were thrilled to show their appreciation on Thursday. 
Designed by Winchester-based Harrison Mulhern Architects, the five-story condominium complex is being constructed on a 1-acre-plus site. Majestic Mill Brook will be comprised of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, with 25% of the units designated as affordable for households earning at or below 80 percent of AMI (Area Median Income). 
&ldquo;Everyone who is here has contributed to getting this project to where we are today,&rdquo; says Matthew Maggiore, the president of Maggiore Companies. &ldquo;We have some folks here from the town, and it was a pleasure working with them through the whole permit approval process. Everyone here was a vital contributor to the project past, present, and future. We&rsquo;re really excited to kick this off. Paul is doing a great job with sales. We have several units under agreement at the moment and climbing.&rdquo; 
Majestic Mill Brook is redefining luxury living with 30 unique floor plan options. Select units will come with private decks, patios, and roof decks, and all units will have high-end contemporary finishes.
