Am I Yours? Big Friendly Puppy Found on Franklin Street
Found Saturday around 9 p.m. near Town Field.
She's friendly with pointy ears and a nice, thick white mane.
And she's trying to find her family.
"She" is a 40 pound husky or shepherd mix who was found running along Franklin Street – near the dog-friendly Town Field – on Saturday, Dec. 28 at 9 p.m. when a resident took her in and called Animal Control.
"It's impounded now and I'm hoping to hear from someone that they lost their dog," said John Maguranis, Belmont's animal control officer.
The dog did not have a license or a micro-chip, said Maguranis.
