Meet Belmont Tonight Starting at 6 P.M. at the Chenery

The fourth annual Meet Belmont is here.

The community event will take place from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the cafeteria at Chenery Middle School cafeteria at the corner of Washington and Oakley.  

Meet Belmont is an opportunity for town residents to meet up to welcome and inform their neighbors about all that our town has to offer (and it's a lot!).

Stroll through to chat with town officials, school staff, and representatives from nearly 100 local arts, children’s, environmental, political, religious, and social, political and civic action groups. Find out what’s new in town, register to vote, apply for a library card, and learn about volunteer opportunities in town. You also can support the Belmont Food Pantry by bringing a contribution of non-perishable food items or toiletries.

And talk about popular; more than a thousand residents flock to the school to learn more about their home town.
