The allowed Spring to bloom in the 's Assembly Room on Friday and Saturday, June 1 and 2, with a small standard Flower Show with the theme "Signs of Spring."

Garden Club members submitted designs for hanging flowers ("Birds are Nesting"), all green plants ("All is Fresh and Green Again") and one that was staged on a round table ("Dining Becomes Alfresco").
