Close your eyes and it's 1969 and you're at Woodstock.
The Payson Park Music Festival presents The Who-tribute band 5:15 which will bring an authentic, genuine and unique experience for the rabid WHO fan capturing the attitude, dynamics and power of the original with only the occasional destruction of vintage instruments.

(And those real Who fans will already know that "5:15" is a song from Pete Townshend's 1973 rock opera, "Quadrophenia" which is all about Mods and Rockers, drugs and teenage angst.)
