Belmont High Freshmen, New Student Orientation Aug. 28

Here is an opportunity to learn that there is more to going to Belmont High School then just showing up.

Attention incoming Belmont High School freshmen: There's a lot more to High School then just showing up with your new iPad on Wednesday, Sept. 4.

A lot more.

For that reason, students and parents/guardians of the Class of 2017 as well as anyone who is new to Belmont High School are invited to join the Belmont High School Class Connector Organization for New Student Orientation from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 28.

Students will have the opportunity to:

• receive a tour from current high school students to become more familiar with the building and find their homerooms,

• learn and understand the mod schedule,

• meet their guidance counselor,

• ask questions and get information from their "Connector" (BHS upperclassman), play games, and

•eat pizza!

Parents will have the opportunity to: meet fellow parents, PTO parent volunteers, and members of the school faculty to ask questions and learn more about the school and receive a tour from a parent volunteer to learn even more about your child's new school.
New students and their families should plan to arrive at the school by 5:30 pm, and enter through the main parking lot entrance. Students will help direct you to the auditorium for the Welcome Panel.
