Waltham Italian Restaurant Featured on Phantom Gourmet

Watch the short segment below.

Charcoal Guido’s, the Italian restaurant on Moody Street, was recently featured on the Phantom Gourmet.

Don’t be fooled by its name, Dan Andelman says in the segment, “Charcoal Guido’s is a heck of a lot more upscale and authentic than its name implies because the food and attitude are a far cry from the Jersey Shore.”

The segment highlights the restaurant’s best-selling appetizer, the arrosticini (skewered lamb with hot cherry peppers and toasted bread), and two pizzas, the lobster pizza and dessert nutella pizza, as well as many other dishes.
