Ellen Sullivan Joins Hammond Real Estate Belmont Office

Belmont, MA – December 26, 2013 - Tod Beaty and Davis Rowley, managers of Hammond Real Estate’s Belmont office located at 84 Leonard Street, recently announced the addition of Ellen Sullivan to the Belmont team.

Sullivan, who holds a degree in Biology from Bucknell University, has resided in Belmont since 1989, where she and her husband raised their two children. As a longtime community member, she has received vast recognition for her dedication to volunteerism. Sullivan is a past recipient of the Belmont Public School Volunteer of the Year Award, and she has initiated and organized numerous events and fundraising campaigns for The Foundation for Belmont Education, Friends of Belmont Athletics, The Belmont Booster Club, and the Wellington Elementary and Chenery Middle School Parent Teacher Organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, gardening, boating, and vacationing on Cape Cod.

Prior to her career in real estate, Sullivan gained professional experience in retail management, property management, and event planning. The skills she developed while working in those industries are an advantage to her as a Hammond agent when assisting her clients through all aspects of a transaction.
