1. In England, they have the final night of the Proms; in Belmont, we have the final night of the Payson Park Music Festival. The 2012 season ends with ‘60s Invasion, a quartet that features music of the 1960’s. Come by the Payson Park Playground around 6:15 p.m. for a groovy time.
