5 Things You Need to Know Today: December 27

1. Come join us for this wonderful children's program on this rainy and stormy day. Awesome Robb Magic Show will be held in Belmont Public Library's Flett Room from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

2. Due to Christmas, today the town's trash contractor will visit streets with a weekly Wednesday pick-up date. 

3. Concerned about the future of Belmont? The Belmont Vision 21 Implementation Committee, which facilitates, enables, and helps the town realize a vision for the town adopted by the Town Meeting 11 years ago, meets at 7 p.m. in the Flett Room of the Belmont Public Library.

4. The Benton Library is open from 2 to 7 p.m. to day - they have board games and a large children's section.

5. Yoga tonight in Gardiner Hall at Plymouth Congregational Church at 582 Pleasant St. at 7 p.m. (Enter on Alexander Street). Taught by professionals in the Vinyasa style.  Bring your own mat.  All levels welcome. $10 per class. Free parking on Pleasant, Leonard and behind Macy's. All proceeds benefit Plymouth Nursery School.
