"Our clinic has supported the Belmont Food Pantry for four years. Thanksgiving is a week away and we are kicking off our week of giving with this annual youth clinic food drive," said Adam Pritchard, clinic director and head coach of the Belmont High School Boys' Basketball.

In appreciation, those donating will be given a NBA/Celtics finals medallion.

In the past three years, the clinic has exceeded 70 bags of food and clinic staff hope to continue that level of support.

"This is a great organization that services Belmont families in need," said Pritchard.

This Saturday, the Marauder Basketball Association is operating a clothing drive Saturday, Nov. 17. that will assist families affected by superstorm Hurricane Sandy.

Drop offs accepted at Belmont High School's Wenner Field House between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All donations will be shipped to Hoboken N.J. to support the relief effort.

"We selected Hoboken because members of our Belmont High School basketball family reside in this city," said Pritchard.
