Help Belmont Patch Beat Watertown Patch in the Facebook Friends Contest
As the Thanksgiving Day game against rival Watertown approaches, the Patches in the towns to see which can get the most new "Likes" by Thanksgiving.
Fall is here, and the annual Thanksgiving Day football clash between Watertown and Belmont is just around the corner.
The Raiders off to a good start this year with a 4-1 record and Belmont has been just missing getting that first win of the season. As Watertown prepares to continue its long losing streak to the Marauders this Thanksgiving (also known as "Going Home Sad Day" in H2O-town) you can get in the spirit by helping Belmont Patch in the Facebook friends contest.
The contest starts today, and whichever Patch site gets the most new “Likes” by the end Midnight on Nov. 21, Thanksgiving Eve, will "win." Watertown Patch starts with 360 and Belmont 412.
