The second storm in a week is headed toward New England and will dump snow onto the area on the last Saturday of the year.
The good news is that snow removal shouldn’t be a backbreaking endeavour.
The National Weather Service forecast predicts Belmont to get between one to two inches of snow that is expected to start on Saturday afternoon and spread into the early hours of Sunday.
Driving will be a challenge as patchy fog will develop as night falls Saturday as the snow falls.
CBSBoston’s Todd Gutner said the snow will be “dry and fluffy for most.”
