The Human Cost of War

Building on the Human Costs of War Family Association
seminar presented in spring 2012, Part II of this seminar will continue to
explore the often-neglected subject of the real impact of war on veterans, their
families and friends, as well as on society at large.

The award-winning documentary The Ground Truth, directed by Patricia
Foulkrod, draws on the first-hand accounts of combat veterans of the Iraq War.
As a Quaker school, Cambridge Friends School honors the individual men and women
in our country's military, who have served and sacrificed. Through thoughtful presentations and open discussions, CFS hopes to further the understanding of
the human costs of war.
