“Pumpkin” Music & Story Hour for Kids at Belmont Library

Join Powers Music School for a musical adventure and story hour at Belmont Public Library, Saturday, October 12, 10:30 a.m., 336 Concord Avenue. Children of all ages will sing, dance, and listen as Cat, Duck, and Squirrel make a delicious treat in the classic children’s book “Pumpkin Soup” by Helen Cooper, with some help from Powers faculty members Yas Ishibashi (piano, vocals), Vanessa Schukis (narration, vocals), Todd Brunel (clarinet), and Tev Stevig (bass guitar, banjo).
