Wellington Carnival – All Invited to Popular Family Event March 15th
The highly anticipated Wellington Carnival, one of the biggest family events of the spring
season, is back in full force this year for all to enjoy! Join the Wellington Elementary School
community on Saturday, March 15 from 10 am – 2
pm at the Belmont High School Field House for tons of fun for
children and their caregivers.
Featured this year will be traditional carnival activities
including krazy kans, ring toss, putt and win, face paint, bounce houses and
slide, preschool games, as well as a clown creating balloon animals, face
painting, arts and crafts, sports raffle, gently used book sale, and more. Food
will be available for sale.
The Carnival is open to the public and is free admission.
Tickets to play games and crafts will be available for a nominal price. All
proceeds go to support the Wellington Elementary School
PTO which funds field trips, enrichment programs and other projects that foster
learning and support teachers. Many in the community find the event is a great
opportunity to meet other families in town, and have their children be part of
a very positive school experience. The Wellington Carnival is geared for children ages
preschool – 4th grade. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
