Pick Up Your Dog's Poop, Don't Feed the Wildlife (And other Belmont Animal Laws)

Do you know your town's animal laws?

Do you know your town's animal bylaws?

For instance, in Belmont, no one can "keep" an exotic pet or wildlife without permission from the Board of Health. That means if you're planning on raising some chickens, you'd better check with the town offices, first.

Dogs, too, cannot go for a walk in the cemetery or any school grounds.

You must pick up your dog's feces not only during walks, but on your own property at least every two weeks.

Here are the animal laws of your town.
