3-Alarm Fire on Marlboro Street Displaces 9

The early morning blaze completely destroyed the three-family home.

A three-alarm fire at 58 Marlboro St. early Wednesday morning completely destroyed the three-family home, displacing nine residents.

The residents lost all of their belongings and personals vehicles and are young professionals without renters insurance, according to an email from the Belmont Corner Neighborhood Association.

The American Red Cross is supporting the residents in the immediate term, but the association has set up a fund to assist the residents moving forward. You can donate to the fund here: https://fundly.com/assistance-for-residents-of-marlboro-st-fire-belmont-ma.

No one was injured in the fire.
