Nabbed: Belmont Drug Bust Collars Resident and a Boston Pair

Brookside Avenue resident arrested with two Dorchester residents in a street-level drug transaction on Exeter Street.

A Belmont resident along with two 30-somethings from Boston were arrested on a long list of drug charges last night, Thursday, Sept. 5, at the Belmont/Cambridge/Watertown town lines.

Belmont's Shant Davidian, 28, of 92 Brookside Ave. along with Jose Antonio Fíguereo, 37, of 125 Dorchester Ave. and 35-year-old Jeanny Susudex Tejeda of 627 Columbus Ave. are being charged with a series of offenses involving Class B drugs which includes illegal substances such as cocaine, crack, amphetamines, methadone, LSD and PCP.

After receiving several complaints that individuals were involved in street-level drug transactions in the area of Belmont and Exeter streets, Belmont Police Detective Michael Pugliese and members of the Suburban Middlesex County Drug Task Force began to conduct surveillance in the area. 

At 8:40 p.m. last night, the detectives observed the occupants of two separate motor vehicles conduct a drug transaction on Exeter Street. Detectives approached the vehicles and subsequently arrested the three individuals. 

The three were charged with Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws and Drug Possession of a Class B substance. Figuereo and Tejeda were also charged with Possession to Distribute a Class B substance.
