New State Rep. Rogers Holding First Office Hours Today

Will be listening to residents at Sweet Peach at 2 p.m.

Dave Rogers will be holding his first office hours in Belmont as State Representative today, Saturday, Jan. 19, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Sweet Peach Diner (Back Room), 628 Trapelo Rd.

The Cambridge resident who won the general election in November to represent the 24th Middlesex District – the "ABC" district comprising Belmont and precincts in Cambridge and Arlington – in the state's House of Representatives filed his first bill on Friday, Jan. 18, allowing the state to transfer the former Belmont incinerator site to the town.

Rogers will listen to constituent concerns and answer questions on legislative issues.

Rogers' next scheduled "office hours" will be on Tuesday, Feb. 4 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Beech Street Center.
