FBE Live Auction: Downton Abbey Dinner

Don't have a ticket to the sold-out annual Foundation for Belmont Education "Big Birthday Bash" fundraiser on Saturday, March 16? You can still help the foundation's work supporting Belmont's six public schools by bidding on a slew of outstanding live auction items online.

Downton Abbey Dinner for 14

Downton Abbey is all the buzz, and here is your opportunity to bring it to Belmont. Belmont Savings Bank is sponsoring a full-service, catered dinner party for 14 (value $1,680) in our own Downton 'Castle' (the William Flagg Homer House/Belmont Woman’s Club, value $600).

Leave your menu selection to the professionals at Cuisine Chez Vous, the night's event caterer, who will offer you three delicious menus from which to choose. A Perfect Setting's Ginny d’Arbeloff (aka our FBE designer extraordinaire) will create Downton Abbey-themed dinner invitations, menu and place cards (value $170). Belmont's very own Mr. Carson (The Spirited Gourmet’s wine buyer) will assist you in choosing wine for the evening (value $200). A beautiful arrangement for your table, worthy of the Dowager Countess of Grantham's table, will be provided by the Belmont Garden Club (value $200). You and your guests are sure to have a formal and festive feast and a truly exceptional and memorable evening. Everyone at Downton Abbey will wish they were on your guest list!
