LaBlast Fitness Class

What is LaBlast??

LaBlast is a dance fitness program that helps you get in
shape or stay in shape.  Whether you want to tone your body, build muscle, maintain a healthy lifestyle, learn to dance, or just have a great time, LaBlast offers something for everyone!  LaBlast is for you!!

WHAT DO I WEAR TO CLASS?

It's a dance workout class, so wear supportive sneakers and comfortable sports clothing that makes you feel good. Clothes that stretch and are absorbent are highly recommended.

WILL I BREAK A SWEAT DURING LaBLAST?

Absolutely!  Not only will you break a sweat, you'll have
fun doing it!  Remember, you get out of it what you put in to it!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Bring a towel and water to stay hydrated.  Most
importantly, bring your energy and excitement to dance dance dance....

IS LaBLAST FOR EVERYONE?

Yes!  LaBlast is designed for any and all people- from those that have never danced before, think they have two left feet, or seasoned dancers and athletes.  LaBlast is the PERFECT program for students to improve their dancing, increase their stamina, and stay in the best shape of their lives!

DO I NEED A DANCE PARTNER?

No!  LaBlast is completely Partner-Free!  You can, however, bring all your friends to join in on the fun!

HOW OFTEN DO I COME TO CLASS?

It really depends on what you are looking to get out of the
class.  If you are looking to maintain the shape and condition you are in, we recommend that you come to one LaBlast fitness class a week.  If you are looking to lose weight or improve your muscle toning and endurance, you should come to at least 2-3 LaBlast classes per week.
