Sports: Cross Country, Girls' Swimming In Action Saturday
Penultimate meets for runners and swimmers.
Sophomore Leah Brams will lead her 10 Belmont Girls cross country squad to the start line of the penultimate race of the season while the Swimmers jump in the pool at nearby MIT as the sports season winds down.
The Belmont High Girls and Boys' Cross Country teams will be in MIAA Tournament action on Saturday, Nov. 9 when they travel to the Wrentham (Massachusetts) Developmental Center, to complete in the MIAA Division 3 Championship Race. Brams finished second in this race last year.
The Girls' race will begin at 9 a.m. while the Boys' race time is 10:20 .m. at the Wrentham Developmental Center, 131 Emerald St., Wrentham.

The Belmont High Girls Swimming and Diving Team will also be in MIAA tournament action on Saturday as they travel to the MIT, to complete in the MIAA North Sectional Championship. That meet begins at 4:14 p.m. MIT is located at 77 Mass. Ave. in Cambridge.
