Unfortunately I hired Elisabeth H. Loukas in the past. At first it seemed that she is a tough lawyer who can get things done and win battles.
Her strategy seemed extreme towards my wife - But i went along with it and indeed we had succeeded in our first "battle" in court.
The second time we were in court things got out of hand, Loukas started to change the facts to compensate for her inability to deliver and put word in my mouth.
Next time we were in court, Loukas was blamed by the other party for not complying with the rules and not disclosing information saying she brought things up in the last moment.
From that point things got worse and worse- we started loosing as the other party proved my lawyer wrong.
I was not willing to engineer total lies for this lawyer which were unethical and border line criminal - but she did. she pushed court dates, made unfounded controversial stories and much more. I lost about $100k with her - money my kids needed. BEWARE of this lawyer!!!!
My experience with her has been is as a lawyer she comes on tough and tries to confuse facts. Ruffle the other client and their attorney. Not above lying to the Judge. As a human being she doesn't look past the carnage and unnecessary ill will she stirs up between the ex husband and wife and has no regard towards the children. I would avoid her like the plague.
