I am so tired of the Belmont USPS. I had never had so many problems with the post office until I moved to Belmont. First, ever since I moved here, we have received packages for our neighbors constantly, sometimes the packages are the same number house but different street-and it has happened several times. I have had to deliver them a street away sometimes even 4 street away because the post office was either distracted or confused with their job that they either just look at the number and assume the name of the street! Another problem I've had is there unwillingness to help when our package is missing. I've called them and even went to the Concord branch to inquire about a package saying that it has been on their facility for about a week now. Yet after speaking to them-the lady in the middle counter-don't even care. She told me this specifically that yes our package is no doubt there but they can't do anything about it. She didn't want the tracking info or anything to help us. I left with so much frustration. I received the package 3 weeks later. Would you imagine? A month later, we made another order-but unfortunately Amazon's super saver shipping is using FEDEX USPS smartpost. We are every reluctant to use USPS by now. And not knowing that Amazon uses that service, we were crossing our fingers. But again-we can't find our package. As usual. I am so beyond this problem I writing to the Postmaster General in DC now.
