Lowell HR Chief To Fill Asst. Administrator Position
Kellie Hebert steps into the position left vacant with the departure of Jeff Conti in January.
While Belmont's Town Administrator Tom Younger kept the name of his new assistant close to the vest until last night, almost everyone in Lowell's City Hall knew Younger's choice for the past week. Kellie Hebert, who has been Lowell's human relations manager since January 2008, was named Belmont's new assistant town administrator at yesterday's Board of Selectmen's meeting, June 20, a week after she first announced in Lowell she would be taking the job. The Lowell-native fills the position left vacant with the departure of Jeffery Conti in January after five years in the position.
