Spring! The beginning of baseball on Brandon Grant Field, the first crocuses arrive and the highpoint of the social year in Belmont with the Foundation for Belmont Education's 2013 Spring Fundraiser. And this year, the Foundation will enter its third decade as the group – which has raised more than $2 million and counting to the Belmont Public Schools –celebrates its 20th birthday at the annual fundraiser on Saturday, March 16 from 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Belmont Hill School. The annual themed Spring dinner/live auction continues its tradition of raising funds to support Belmont's six public schools while bringing the community together for a wonderful, festive evening.
