Wonder how much the Town of Homes thinks your house is worth for the coming tax year? Here's your opportunity to find out ... but you better hurry; property owners will only have until Friday to find out. The Board of Assessors' Office will have available for public inspection the fiscal year 2013 assessed values for each property in Belmont. The office is located on the first floor of the Homer Municipal Building, 19 Moore St., in the Town Hall complex. The values are being disclosed because Belmont submit all the property values to the State Department of Revenue for certification, a process that occurs every three years.
