Now that Macy's has made it official that it will be closing its iconic Belmont Center store after 71 years in the same location, the question now on many people's minds is: what's next? In someways, at 75,000 square feet and with several levels and floors, the building will be a tough one to rent to a single retailer. And while the idea of multiple stores at the location is equally tricky since the landlord, Kevin Foley, will need to mix and match the right combination or there could be empty spaces in the building as weak operations fail. So, what do you think? Below are a few suggestions:

Belmont's first pub or a fun hang out for the community. A restaurant that will open its windows and door a music will welcome you inside.
