Peter Boizer captured in Darby, Penn.; sought on rape, assault charges in Belmont.
A Belmont man wanted on a series of serious crimes including rape and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, was captured late Sunday, March 11, by Darby, Penn. police. Peter Bozier, 19, of 19 Weber Rd. has been on the run from law enforcement since October of last year when the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office issued warrants for his arrest, including one for rape, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, aggravated assault, intimidation of a witness and possession of ammunition, according to District Attorney Gerard Leone's office. New warrant against Peter Bozier allegedly occurred before Oct. 15 assault.
The Middlesex District Attorney's Office today, Oct. 20, issued a warrant for the arrest of a Weber Road man for the alleged rape of a woman in Belmont, adding to a long list of warrants issued against the man for an earlier assault. The alleged sexual assault by Peter Bozier, 19, of 19 Weber Rd., occurred in Belmont prior to the Oct. 15 assault and battery incident that left another Weber Road resident seriously injured. Belmont Police said the sexual attack was not randomed and is not connection to a pair of sexual assaults that occured in July and September. William Chen, 20, of 37 Gordon Terr., charged with assault and battery, intimidating a witness.
Belmont Police Department detectives identified and arrested the accomplice of Peter Bozier who was involved in a violent assault Saturday night on Weber Road, according to BPD Lt. Richard Santangelo. William Chen, 20, of 37 Gordon Terr., was arrested this afternoon, Oct. 18, at his home and was charged with two counts of assault and battery and one count of intimidating a witness. He will be arraigned in Cambridge District Court on Wednesday, Oct. 18. In addition to Chen's arrest, further investigation into Saturday's beating has resulted in the arrest warrant for Bozier to be updated to include possession of ammunition. Bozier, of 19 Weber Rd., continues to be a fugitive of the law.

Peter Bozier, 19, is wanted for an alleged attack Saturday night.
The Belmont Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for Peter Bozier, 19, of 19 Weber Rd. in Belmont, for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, according to BPD Lt. Richard Santangelo. On Saturday night, Oct. 15, around 8 p.m., Bozier and an accomplice allegedly attacked another man by repeatedly kicking him in the head until he was unconscious. The injured male was transported by people at the scene to an area hospital for treatment. Belmont Police said the beating was not a random attack. If anyone witnessed suspicious activity on Weber Road around that time or encounters Bozier, Belmont Police request you call 617-993-2501.
