As a mom, a fitness enthusiast, a certified nutrition & fitness coach and instructor, Kim integrates her diverse background to create an all-encompassing approach to fitness and nutrition.  Kim's mission is to help educate children and adults about the importance of physical activity and healthy nutrition for life, not just a quick fix for a day.   Healthy living is not just about being active, but also how you move your body, what you put in and on your body, the quality of your sleep, and your stress management.

Kim's approach to making healthy lifestyle changes include services such as one-one nutrition fitness coaching, customized fitness plans, cross training fitness classes, family nutrition fitness plans, nutrition and fitness related workshops, tips on stocking your pantry and cooking strategies for healthful quick meal making.
